Terms of Use for Incognito Dating

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Incognito Dating. You must complete identity verification (live selfie and profile photo review) before accessing matching features.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Incognito Dating has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We do not permit content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

This includes, without limitation:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats of violence
• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual coercion
• Impersonation, scams, spam, or fraudulent profiles
• Sharing another person's private information without consent
• Content that promotes illegal activity or self-harm

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

3. Your account and profile

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and use only your own photos and identity documents during verification.
• You may not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
• You agree to keep your profile content respectful and compliant with our Safety Standards.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, voice notes, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the App, enforce these Terms, and respond to safety reports.

You represent that you have the right to share all content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Safety tools

The App provides tools to report and block other users before and after matching. You should use these tools if you encounter objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We review reports and take action consistent with our zero-tolerance policy.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for commercial solicitation without authorization
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with App security
• Circumvent verification, geographic, or safety restrictions
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

7. Account termination

You may suspend or delete your account at any time through the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Safety Standards, or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

Incognito Dating is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or the conduct of other users. You interact with other users at your own risk. See our Safety Standards for guidance on staying safe while dating online.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incognito Dating and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
