Incognito Dating Safety Standards

Incognito Dating is built for safe, respectful connections. These standards describe the behavior we expect, the tools available to protect you, and how we respond to reports of abuse or policy violations.

Our commitment

We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), harassment, hate speech, threats, fraud, impersonation, or any behavior that puts our community at risk. Accounts that violate these standards may be suspended or permanently removed.

Community standards

When using Incognito Dating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and honest in your profile and messages
  • Use only your own photos and accurate information about yourself
  • Be at least 21 years old and eligible to use Incognito Dating in your jurisdiction
  • Complete identity verification (live selfie and profile photo review) before matching
  • Not send unsolicited sexual content, spam, scams, or abusive messages
  • Not harass, threaten, stalk, or pressure other users on or off the platform
  • Not create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity
  • Not share another person's private information without consent
  • Not use Incognito Dating for illegal activity, exploitation, or commercial solicitation without authorization

Safety features in the app

  • Face verification: Live selfie and profile photo review help reduce fake accounts
  • Report: In any chat, open the menu and report a user for inappropriate messages, fake profile, harassment, spam, or other concerns
  • Block: Block a user so they cannot contact you or see your profile
  • Unmatch: End a match and stop further messaging
  • Account controls: Suspend or delete your account at any time from Profile settings
  • Location privacy: Your exact location is never shown to other users; only approximate distance is displayed

How we handle reports

When you report a user or content, our team reviews the report and may take action including warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal. We may also restrict access to matching, messaging, or verification features while a review is in progress.

We may preserve relevant information where required to investigate abuse, comply with law enforcement requests, or protect the safety of our community.

Zero tolerance policies

The following result in immediate account action, including permanent ban where appropriate:

  • Child sexual abuse material or grooming behavior
  • Violence, credible threats, or encouragement of self-harm
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking
  • Repeated harassment after warnings or blocks
  • Using Incognito Dating while under 21 or with falsified verification

Staying safe

  • Keep conversations on Incognito Dating until you trust someone
  • Meet in public places and tell a friend if you meet in person
  • Never send money or share financial details with matches
  • Trust your instincts and report behavior that feels wrong
