Delete in the Incognito Dating app
- Open the Incognito Dating app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and schedule deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Incognito Dating accounts are managed in the iOS and Android apps. If you cannot sign in on a mobile device, email us from the address linked to your account:
What happens after you request deletion
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period.
- During that period, your profile is hidden from Discover and matching.
- You can cancel deletion at any time before the grace period ends by signing in again and choosing Cancel deletion.
- After the grace period, your account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data that is deleted
When deletion is completed, we permanently remove data associated with your account, including:
- Account credentials and profile information
- Profile photos and voice note
- Matches, messages, and swipe history
- Government ID verification images and selfie verification data
- Location and usage data tied to your account
Data that may be retained temporarily
We may retain certain verification or security-related records for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, after which they are permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
